We have a fast, computer dispatched Service Technician ready to help you with service issues that may arise.

Any CSS customer that needs assistance with their equipment may contact us by e-mail, phone or fax. Customers with equipment that is down, meaning not working at all, are advised to contact us by phone immediately.

To place a service call online, fill out the form below for each machine that requires service. Customers are advised that there may be a fee for the service call and parts, if needed, on equipment no longer under a maintenance contract or with expired warranty.
